These terms apply to use of the Interaktive website. By using the site, you acknowledge that its content is general information about the studio's capabilities and services. If you do not accept these terms, you should stop using the site.
Interaktive is a creative studio based in Coimbatore, India.
Enquiries and projects
Sending an email, brief, form, or other enquiry does not by itself create a client relationship, reserve production time, or commit either party to a project.
Any project should be confirmed separately in writing. The relevant proposal, scope of work, estimate, schedule, and other agreed project documents will set the actual deliverables, responsibilities, payment terms, usage rights, and cancellation terms. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the project documents should govern that project.
Packs and service information
Pack descriptions and other service information explain the intended shape of an offering. Final scope, timing, dependencies, availability, and fees should be confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
Website content is not a promise that a particular approach, format, platform, result, or production method will suit every project.
Portfolio and demonstrations
Work shown on the site may include final project material, extracts, experiments, demonstrations, or illustrative material. It is not presented as client work, endorsements, measured outcomes, or commissioned case studies unless identified as such.
Named client work, testimonials, logos, and results should only be published after the necessary facts and permissions have been confirmed.
Website content and project rights
The website's text, design, imagery, motion, code, and other material may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by Interaktive, its collaborators, clients, or licensors. Nothing on the site grants a licence to copy, publish, sell, or reuse that material except where permission is stated or applicable law allows it.
Ownership, licences, credits, portfolio permissions, source files, and usage rights for commissioned work should be defined in the relevant project documents.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to external sites, booking tools, social platforms, or other services. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean Interaktive controls or endorses everything on the destination site.
Availability and accuracy
